AMN 233114 multi-purpose motor vehicle is designed for transportation of personnel, different cargoes and towing the trail-type systems, installation of weapons and military equipment ensuring the required anti-bullet (anti-mine) resistance.
AMN 233114 is manufactured and designed for day-and-night all-year operation and outside storage.
The armored motor vehicle combines the capabilities of the cross-country vehicle and high-speed mobile motor vehicle. It has the independent torsion suspension, domestic diesel engine and mechanical 5-stage gearing system. Tigr-M is capable to tow a 2.5 t trailer.
Tigr-M motor vehicle body is armored, welded from steel sheets. The body and door windows have the armored design. The body armor ensures protection of the crew, major assemblies and units in the process of all-around firing with AKM assault rifle with 7.62 mm PS bullet and AK-74 assault rifle with 5.45 mm PS bullet.
Special-purpose design solutions ensure personnel protection (maintaining high survivability and mobility) in case of 0.6 kg explosive detonation under the armored motor vehicle wheel and/or bottom. |
