Purpose and main tasks

Ka-52 combat reconnaissance and attack helicopter is designed for front-line and tactical depth attack of tanks, armored and non-armored vehicles, enemy fighters, low-speed air-borne targets under any weather conditions day-and-night, to ensure  reconnaissance and targeting for cooperating helicopters and ground unit command posts.

Ka-52 has high combat survavibility and combat power, it can be operated round-the-clock, it has a wide range of aerial weapons. It is the inly helicopter in the world that is equipped with the Ejection & Snock absorbing System.
